This renovation and addition to the rear of the exiting  character residence in Daglish added a large open kitchen and living area, master bedroom and Ensuite and a renovation to the bathroom, bedrooms and laundry. This contract also included the external deck area and external works which included the new shed and landscaping works. The use of different textures and finishes in this property were brought together seamlessly by the team, these included; custom rammed earth walls, stainless steel and stone bench tops in the kitchen, wooden floors of the existing residence joining to the custom white concrete flooring of the addition. Jarrah cabinetry in the master bedroom and use of a glazed ceiling to the Ensuite.
