Works included construction of new multi-purpose courts, carpark bays, extension of the administration building and relocation of an undercover area.

CITY BEACH PS ARTS BUILDING

The project included 2 new classroom blocks; transforming 3 classrooms into 6 and 3 into 8 for the second block. A new carpark, landscaping throughout and new electrical and mechanical works internally.

CLASSROOM ADDITIONS: WEST LEEDERVILLE PS

The project works included transformation of an existing library, music room and art room into a building with a 2nd level including the addition of 5 general learning areas and a large co-working breezeway.

 

PERTH WALDORF SCHOOL

Client: Perth Waldorf School

Architect: Collaborative Design

Designed using large span site fabricated timber trusses, timber joinery and cedar weatherboard cladding, recent additions relate well to the bushland context.

ADMINISTRATION UPGRADE: REDCLIFFE PRIMARY

Work included the staged demolition of the existing building, existing services relocation and construction of the new administration and refurbished student amenties.

KALAMUNDA SHS: SCIENCE  LABORATORY

The new science laboratory at Kalamunda Senior High School has provided the school with a multifunctional learning facility for students. 

EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRE: GOOSEBERRY HILL

This new facility provides a modern and vibrant Early Childhood Centre with facilities specifically catered to the needs of its kindergarten and pre-primary students.

AMENITIES UPGRADE: WANNEROO SC

The project scope included building of a new Year 10 toilet block including staff ambulant facilities.

ADMINISTRATION UPGRADE: HILTON PRIMARY

The new administration block features a staffroom, conference room and ambulant toilet facilities as well as offices; an interview room; and a secure entrance.
