LAKELANDS SHARED SPORTS FACILITY

Developing a District Open Space in Lakelands to provide sport and recreation facilities for community sporting groups and the wider community.
The Construction of changerooms, storerooms, first aid room, umpire’s room, toilets, commercial-grade kitchen and bar, function room, meeting room and bathroom facilities and bin store.
KALAMUNDA DISTRICTS HOCKEY CLUB
Client: City of Kalamunda
Architect: OLK & Associates
Construction of the new development of a hockey club and sports pavilion at Hartfield Park. The building consists of four large change rooms with different colour doors including showers and toilets, umpires and first-aid room, general and universal amenities, office, bar, commercial kitchen with servery, store room and cool-room, large public hall area that overlooks the fields.
GOLDEN BAY: SPORTS PAVILION

The construction consisted of a uniquely shaped Sports Pavilion at Rhonda Scarrott Reserve, as well as the refurbishment of the existing change rooms. The Football shaped building incorporated a commercial kitchen and bar, large open clubroom area, offices and community amenities.
SINGLETON: SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE

The facility comprises multipurpose rooms with a breakout area, a hall / large function room, playgroup store, commercial kitchens and servery, bar, toilets, umpires change room, UAT, office and storage, meeting room, and first aid room.
GOOMALLING: SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE

The Shire of Goomalling has been planning this facility for many years BE Projects was excited to be a part of this project.
The Pavilion design was based around a large function area that provides views to the existing sporting field and new bowling green.
DHAMMASARA BUDDHIST MONASTERY
Client: Dhammasara Buddhist Monastery

The complex design is a pavilion arrangement that includes a new Meditation Hall, Dining Hall, Amenities, Library, Accommodation Wing and Covered Terrace. BE Projects worked collaboratively integrating with all cultural celebrations and sensitivities.
HARMAN PARK COMMUNITY CENTRE: BELMONT
Client: City Of Belmont
Architect: Holton Connor Architects
For The City Of Belmont, the centre primarily functions as an adult day-care facility during the day and a community group meeting place in the evening. The Community Centre includes three toilets, ample storage and a kitchen with a commercial fit-out and a large operable wall to make use of the state of the art facility.
MURDOCH: TILT PANEL STORAGE FACILITY

This is a fully automated storage facility. The construction scope included a Tilt Panel structure, cool room with fridge and freezer temperature control, external mechanical cage, large hard stand area, automated roller doors, high tech security system including boom gates at the front of the building.
HUNGRY JACKS: NEW BELMONT STORE

Work included the staged demolition of the existing building, existing services relocation, new building placement and associated civil works.
ST AUGUSTINE’S CHURCH RE-DEVELOPMENT
Client: Anglican Church, The Perth Diocesan Trustees
Architect: Garry Batt & Associates Architects
Alterations and additions including demolition of existing toilet block and construct new extension to the hall to facilitate new toilet new toilets. Works include an upgrade to kitchen facilities, new colourbond roof, and entry to hall including new portico to church. Civil works Include new ramps and carpark
WHITEMAN PARK: VISITOR CENTRE EXTENTION

Extention of Visitor Centre Reception area including; jarrah floorboards, recycled posts, reception counter and large low-e glass windows to overlook the park.
NEW AMENITIES BLOCK
Client: Perth Caravan Park
Architect: Collaborative Design
Ablution Block at Queens Park project consisted of 6 showers and 6 toilets and 6 basin ablution facilities for both male and female. This facility included ambulant access. The construction of the new block included a commercial washing room laundry area as well as external access works.
