THE OPPORTUNITY

To work with the Department of Finance, Building Management Works (BMW) on this project provides BE Projects and BMW with an opportunity to work collaboratively to deliver improved amenity to the community. We understand that this project is required due to an increased need of the stakeholders. The deliverables BE Projects will be proud to provide to BMW include;

• Providing safe access to Permit Holders.

• Minimal interference to Permit Holders.

• Protection of services and a pre-agreed key works sequence.

• Special construction activities, working around the existing operational facilities.

In addition to this BE Projects look forward to the opportunity to work with BMW and demonstrate how much we will be able to contribute to this Project. BE Projects are well qualified, resourced and positioned to provide exceptional service to the Department of Finance, Building Management Works.

Established in 2010 BE Projects (WA) Pty Ltd has more than 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Developed by the founding Director Troy King as an extension of his passion for construction, the developed BE Projects team prides themselves in providing full Project Management and Construction for any building project, from initial concept advice to final construction.

The vision of BE Projects is to provide our clients with a unique and well qualified service that ensures the delivery of the project on time, on budget, and of exceptional quality and safety.

In September 2017, BE Projects was awarded and continues to hold, Prequalification from the Department of Finance, Management & Works for Level 3 Complex.

2016 MBWWA: HOUSING AWARDS WINNER: INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION FOR SMALL LOTS

This project won innovative construction for small lots at the recent Housing awards night.  It is a sophisticated project both in design and in terms of size and shape of the block. This includes the recent completion of the ‘triangle’ home at Mt Lawley. This one consisted of a tiny 180sqm triangular-shaped block of land, with access issues.
