About the Site Manager role:

The role of a Site Manager is to achieve optimum time (production) and quality outcomes through the management of time on site.

You understand that service to our clients and architects is important and solid working relationships with the internal team. Your role will require you to be working closely with your project team and Construction Manager. 

You will have more than 5 years of experience in delivering Commercial Projects between $4-$15mill in value.

• Plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

• Problem-solving – deductive reasoning and analytical thinking

• Ability to read and implement plans and specifications

• Related trade or tertiary qualifications

• 5+ years of site Management experience in Commercial Construction

• Ability to plan future works (2-4 week look-ahead) 

• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
