Fremantle Primary School - Covered Assembly Building

The Fremantle Primary School Extension used the existing open 10 year old 209m2 covered Assembly previously used in conjunction with a demolished building, and brought an updated and much needed facility to the school.

The new facilities include a fully enclosing and carpeting the assembly area, modern canteen area with an office, cool room and resourceful fit out. The upgrade also provides room for the uniform shop, cleaners store and using existing under croft, storage for the sports equipment, Gardeners work shop and machine store.  The new facilities more than doubled the floor area and meets the school expanding needs.

With the extension aesthetic interrogation of the new into the existing was very important, BE Projects colour matched bricks, paint and other finishing material throughout the project.

BE Project enjoyed working with Mark Langdon and the team at DWA Architects to provide another Successful project  for a local Perth school.
