Harman Park Community Centre
BE Projects collaborated with the City of Belmont to build the new Harman Park Community Centre, which spans 589 square meters. The imposing skillion roof and drive-through entry statement ensured that the building's façade reflected the coffered ceilings in the great hall, which meet the building's acoustic needs and incorporate a 9.25 m operable wall.
A communications centre and a sophisticated security system were included in the project, which was connected to the shire offices to monitor the building at all times. Commercial-grade stainless steel appliances, workbenches, a small cool room, and an exhaust system with servery space are among the commercial kitchen's amenities. In the hall and administration section of the Community Centre, there are three ambulant toilet facilities.
