Lakelands Shared Sports Facility Details

Working for the City of Mandurah to develop a District Open Space in Lakelands to provide sport and recreation facilities for community sporting groups and the wider community.

The Construction consisted of changerooms, storerooms, first aid room, umpire’s room, toilets, commercial-grade kitchen and bar, function room, meeting room, bathroom facilities and bin store.

Project highlights included; Contrast of the Patterned Brickwork, acoustic ceiling tile in the public hall was finished to a high standard, large expansive viewing platform elevated to provide views of the oval.

The Team successfully coordinated the installation of an electronically powered breezeway to this building as we have on multiple projects.
