St Augustine's Church & Hall Redevelopment

This exciting project was for the Anglican Church Diocese of Perth. The scope was inclusive of the excavation and disposal of material to make way for the alterations and additions post demolition, of the existing toilet block and construction of a new extension to the hall and new toilet facilities.

The works also included an upgrade to the kitchen facilities, new Colourbond roofing and entry to the hall including a new portico to the church.

Considering this was a re-development project it was important to the client to maintain and protect existing jarrah timber floors and build in a cohesive manner with the new additions.

Bringing the church in line with current building codes and standards. Civil works included new ramps, sealed roads and a carpark with kerbing, line marking and vehicle gates.
