This was a project working with John Lewis Architects and involving the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new two storey residential building, garage and studio. 

Project specific risks associated with this job included a challenging demolition requiring a manual, hands on approach by our skilled carpenters. The original building was built in 1974 therefore there was a great deal of asbestos in eaves and the rear boundary fence. A site access and traffic management plan was important as the location of this project was on a busy road off Stirling Highway.
