PRACTICAL COMPLETE PROJECTS ST. AUGUSTINE’S CHURCH Architect: Gary Batt Associates Architects Be Projects successful renovation and extension of the church hall has provided a functional space for the community. The extension included new amenities and a Commercial kitchen. The Renovation consisted of the preservation of the original flooring and roof trusses made this build interesting. On the 12th of November the St.Augustine's Church had its official opening which included the attendance of the Mayor of South Perth. Thanks to Jason for representing the BE Team at the opening.

MAYLANDS APARTMENTS Architect: Mark Anthony Design The recently completed 10 Maylands Apartments, are perfectly located just meters from a cafe` strip, shops and train station - making access during construction tight. These apartments are definitely suited to a modern and contemporary living, with quality finishes throughout the internal design of the build. These apartments consist of tiling to the living and bathroom areas, spacious balconies, carpet to bedrooms, impressive storage and stone bench top kitchens with glass splash backs.

CURRENT PROJECTS ONSLOW RESIDENCE Architect: Robeson Architects With scaffold down the Onslow Road Residence finished form has been unveiled. With completion of the garage this week and external painting well underway. Excitement continues to build with the arrival of finishing items and handover to happen early next year. GOLDEN BAY SPORTS PAVILION Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Client: City of Rockingham The the specially sourced tiles have arrived from Italy and installation completed by Performance Tiling last week. This week the internal finishes including the bamboo flooring are well underway. Footpaths and the external site works are being completed concurrently.

SINGLETON SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Client: City of Rockingham The momentum from last month has continued at Singleton with lock up achieved. Phase 2 works consisting of the car extension and demolition of the bowling green have commenced and the install of ceilings is completed.

GOOSEBERRY HILL ADMIN UPGRADE Architect: Zuideveld Marchant Hur With the roof recently completed, lock up has achieved this week, the team is on target to hand back the building early next year. The second fit off is commencing next week, if you are on site make sure you have a look at the feature green bricks used in the foyer, they look great!

DALKEITH RESIDENCE Architect: Gary Batt & Associates Architects With the ceilings, rendering and feature stonework and lockup was complete, the large timber floor is well underway thanks to Web Flooring. Kitchen cabinetry has been installed and tiling to the bathroom is underway. The push to the Christmas deadline is on as our skillful trades work with us to meet the clients' needs.

ALL SAINTS COLLEGE D&S BLOCK Architect: Paterson Group Architects BE Projects has been successful in securing another contract with All Saints' College along side Paterson Group Architects. Mobilsation to site and demolition works commenced this week, under a tight but achievable schedule which will see teachers and students use the classrooms in January 2017.

KING STREET REDEVELOPMENT Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Renovation of the King Street premises is ready to go! Awaiting the Christmas retail period to finish, we will be mobilising to site.

BE Projects Construction Supervisor Paul Wallace has recently married his beautiful bride Laura at Caversham House on the 26th of November 2016 with family and friends and of course the 3 dashing Wallace boys playing a special part on the day. The team at BE Projects wishes them the very best for a long and prosperous future together.
