PRACTICAL COMPLETE PROJECTS

GOOSEBERRY HILL ADMIN UPGRADE Architect: Zuideveid Marchant Hur Designed by architects Zuideveld Marchant Hur, the new administration block features a staff room, conference room and ambulant toilet facilities as well as separate offices for the deputy principals, registrar and an interview room. The building has a secure entrance for students and the public. The Gooseberry Hill Primary School administration upgrade integrates seamlessly into the existing school buildings.

DALKEITH RESIDENCE Client: Private Architect: Gary Batt & Associates BE Projects successful demolition was carried out with minimal disruption for the main residence and neighbouring properties. The construction consisted of an extension and renovation of the main living area and complete renovation of the main and guest bathrooms. Detailed parquetry was installed throughout as well as custom built kitchen provided ample of storage space and stainless steel appliances were installed throughout.

CURRENT PROJECTS ONSLOW RESIDENCE Architect: Robeson Architects Finishing touches and final defects are happening onsite at the Onslow Residence. Exciting times ahead with the pool being finished, final painting and feature stonework complete. GOLDEN BAY SPORTS PAVILION Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Client: City of Rockingham The Certificate of Construction Compliance will be issued this week and the pavilion at Golden Bay is due for landscaping and cleaning which will be the finishing touches for this project. SINGLETON SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Client: City of Rockingham External landscaping works are powering ahead onsite with paving, fencing and concrete complete this week. Stage one of the internal works are completed in the lead up to handover. ALL SAINTS COLLEGE D&S BLOCK Architect: Paterson Group Architects With internal works now complete the students and teachers are using the building. The focus is on the stage 2 works being the decking and paving and final touch ups are currently in progress. GEORGE STREET RESIDENCE Architect: Robeson Architects Earthworks are complete on this heritage extension with structural steel onsite followed by concrete pour later this week. Watch this space for architect Simone Robeson’s handiwork with our talented bricklayers. WEST LEEDERVILLE PRIMARY SCHOOL Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Working with BMW to design and construct this unique project, project documentation is at development design stage with BE Projects mobilising to site early April.

OH&S: RESTRAINING YOUR LOAD

Staff at BE Projects recently attended a workshop on safely retraining loads. Look after your load as any loose items in the back of your ute or truck could result in a fine. The Load Restraint courses are run through the Western Australian Road Transportation Association.
