PRACTICAL COMPLETE PROJECTS GOLDEN BAY SPORTS PAVILION Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Client: City of Rockingham Working for the City of Rockingham with Site Architecture Studio to construct the uniquely shaped Sports Pavilion at Rhonda Scarrott Reserve, as well as the refurbishment of the existing change rooms. The Football shaped building incorporated a commercial kitchen, Burch ply cladded bar and servery, commercial coolroom, canteen with internal and external access, a large open clubroom area including stage / dance floor, an administration office, club store with secure link mesh fenced area, community amenities including UAT and adult change facilities. Situated around the perimeter of the building, are customised screen printed glass panels, which had each dot individually placed and surveyed to match the steel.

ONSLOW ROAD RESIDENCE Architect: Robeson Architects

This mixed use development encapsulated the hustle and bustle of Shenton Park with the privacy and security needed in a high end residential home. The Commercial tenancy is accessed and metered independently providing opportunity and privacy to the residence. The facade uses an architectural range of bricks with modern cladding while the second story also takes advantage of the park view a street over. This project showcased high end deliverables such as the pool, burnished concrete flooring throughout, marble and stone and innovative cabinetry solutions.

CURRENT PROJECTS SINGLETON SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE Architect: SITE Architecture Studio Client: City of Rockingham

With phase 1 complete, the Day Care Centre, Bowling Club and Tennis Club have moved in their new facilities. This has enabled demolition of the old facilities to make way for the car park and landscaping. Singleton is due to be finished by the end of July. WEST LEEDERVILLE PRIMARY SCHOOL Architect: SITE Architecture Studio

With this project now reaching IFC drawings and demolition complete, West Leederville Primary School is ready to be fast tracked into one of the fastest builds BE Projects have produced. Footings are now in ready for the structural steel to launch out of the ground in the next couple of weeks and the new vertical transportation vessel nearing ready for departure from Europe

STOCKLANDS RIVERTON Architect: ADC Projects BE Projects are happy to be working with ADC Projects again on a new loading dock and compactus facility that is taking shape nicely. Concrete works nearly complete and structural steel completed ready for bondor roof panels to be installed. With car park works and new cool room to be installed in the coming weeks. GEORGE STREET RESIDENCE Architect: Robeson Architects Works are progressing well at the East Fremantle residence, with roof cover being installed upstairs just in time for the wet weather. The feature brickwork featuring the red glazed face bricks with red mortar was recently completed and we look forward to removing the scaffold to expose it. Internally the wall & ceiling linings are under way over the next few weeks.
